CG-502/2C4 Sprayer/Finisher

-Sprayer/Finisher Series is specially designed to offer the flexibility for both pump and spray applications.

-Features an open throat, size 4 progressive cavity pump and non-pulsating positive displacement rotor/stator as standard. Pumps continuous flow of material, ideal for self-leveling underlayment, fine non-shrink grouts and most other spray and injection applications. Available in a 2C4 progressive cavity pump capable of pressures of 174psi/10gpm or a 3C4 capable of 261psi/10gpm.

-Large, hinged clean out port for quick access and clean-up.

-Features two 45-gallon (170L) mixing tanks for continuous mixing while pumping. Equipped with baffles, bag breakers and a variable speed high-efficiency paddle mixer.

-The tank outlet is a large slide gate that allows viscous grouting materials to flow quickly.

-The large holding hopper is sized to provide continuous pumping. 

-The rugged steel frame stands up to the toughest conditions on the job site.

-Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.

-Optional wheels.
